The construction of the LINDENOK ®

No ridge is like another.
The form of the roof, the ridge finishing, chimneys, connections,
the architect has much freedom in design where the Lindenok® takes into account.
We even can realise specials on a short term.
Lindenok® have chosen to apprehend the same half-measures and contours as at the ceramic ridge. These are developed and proved over hundreds of years.
The linde-potdekselnok® is designed to assemble on the same way. It glimmers like wooden 'potdekselwork' on the ridge. Because of the smooth character it can be assembled on many residences.
In many cases you see a traditional round ridge, Lindenok® off course knows the round ridge, but offers nowadays the 'potdekselnok' too.
A big disadvantage nowadays with wooden 'potdekselwork' is the yearly maintenance. When using a copper potdekselnok this is not a issue any more. The ridge is maintenance free and colors maroon.
When renewing the roof the ridge can be dissassembled and reassembled on the new roof.
Lindenok® offers the posibility to put a ridge under an angle gezet of 90 degrees.
The roof becomes exactly high thatched such as at other ridge finishings, with as recommendation to introduce 50 cm under the ridge copper grid.
This grid must be introduced to prevent that birds can draw more earlier sheer from the last layers. For most of the thatchers therefore the usual way of working.
Then using a wood striker the edging is introduced.
On this by means of folded joint edge the actual ridge is confirmed.
As much as possible is worked with segments of 280 cm, to get the most possible tight and stable result.
The result, tight and very new.
Provided with endpieces, here with so-called "apekont", the ridge is finished.
Without crossribs the ridge looks bald.
Ceramic ridges are built with a overlapping cement edge.
The finishing of the copper ridge can be selve-defined.

The copper ridge can be supplied with RVS or copper crossribs.
The RVS ribs can be supplied in round and rectangular shape, the copper ribs are only available in a round shape.
